My name is Jennibelle, and I have a passion for helping children learn, grow, and build confidence. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of childcare and educational settings, including as a daycare assistant, nanny, nursery manager, tutor, GED tutor, Spanish teacher, and ESL teacher. These experiences have allowed me to work with children and students of all ages and backgrounds while developing strong skills in communication, patience, leadership, and creativity.
I recently moved to the Lakeland area and am excited to become more involved in the community. I enjoy creating engaging learning experiences, building meaningful relationships, and helping children feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Whether I am helping with homework, leading activities, caring for infants, or teaching a new skill, I love seeing children gain confidence and succeed.
Outside of work, I enjoy tutoring, learning languages, creating educational materials, volunteering, and spending time outdoors. I am dependable, energetic, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy working with children and families. My goal is always to create a positive environment where children can thrive and where parents feel confident that their children are receiving excellent care and support.
I have experience teaching and supporting learners of all ages in both classroom and one-on-one settings. Most recently, I have worked as a tutor with Grade Potential Tutoring, providing individualized instruction in math, reading, writing, English, and Spanish to children and adults. I develop personalized learning plans, help students prepare for tests, support homework completion, and adapt lessons to different learning styles and ability levels.
I also served as an Adult Spanish Teacher at the Los Angeles Dream Center, where I designed and taught Spanish lessons focused on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. I created lesson plans, led classroom instruction, facilitated group activities, and assessed student progress.
In addition, I worked as a GED Tutor at the Los Angeles Dream Center, providing academic support to adult learners preparing for the GED exam. I taught subjects including math, reading, writing, science, and social studies while helping students build confidence and develop effective study habits.
As an Early Childhood Education Assistant at Helping Hands Daycare, I supported children's learning and development across multiple age groups, assisting with educational activities, classroom management, and age-appropriate instruction.
I also have experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to students ranging from elementary-aged children to university students while serving in the Dominican Republic. My instruction focused on language development, phonics, pronunciation, and communication skills.
Beyond my professional roles, I have extensive experience creating educational materials, lesson plans, and curriculum for both children and adults. Through tutoring, childcare, ministry, and classroom teaching, I have developed strong skills in instruction, communication, classroom management, curriculum development, and adapting lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
