Ariana L.
I’m a passionate reader, writer, and tutor who loves helping students build confidence in their skills while encouraging curiosity and creativity. With 4 years of tutoring experience, I enjoy curating, creating, and analyzing ideas with students, especially in ways that make learning feel engaging and meaningful. As a current university student working toward a future in writing and education, I bring both academic dedication and genuine enthusiasm to every lesson. I offer support in English, Literature, History/Social Studies, Math, Political Science, Philosophy, and Psychology, and I’m comfortable working with learners from early childhood through high school, as well as adults. My background includes elementary school tutoring, school readiness support, Montessori methods, and special education tutoring, allowing me to adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs. I am available to start immediately and have a very flexible schedule throughout weekdays, with additional availability on Saturday during the day. I can provide tutoring online or in the employer’s home, and I’m also able to travel. I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students can grow in literacy, develop critical thinking, and feel inspired to learn.
I have been an avid reader and, thus, writer for almost fifteen years. I love curating, creating, and dissecting pieces. I am also extremely invested in helping those around me and this is easily the best way I know how to. I am looking to create literacy, instill curiosity, and push for creativity in each and every one of my students. Aside from this, I am currently a student myself in university, on track to become either an author or writing professor (hopefully both)!
