Julia K.
I have experience working in customer service and team-oriented environments through my previous jobs at Bubba’s and Hey Dude in Wesley Chapel. At Bubba’s, I worked as a busser where my responsibilities included clearing and cleaning tables, restocking bar supplies, taking out trash, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bathrooms. At Hey Dude, I worked as a team member, assisting customers at the cash register and greeting guests on the sales floor to create a welcoming environment. In addition to my work experience, I’ve also volunteered with the HCPR Foundation by fostering a pitbull named Gemini over a weekend. During that time, I cared for his daily needs by taking him on walks, visiting local dog parks, administering his medication twice a day, and making sure he felt comfortable and loved outside of the stressful shelter environment. I even gave him a bath after a messy accident, doing my best to keep him calm and comfortable throughout the process. Caring for Gemini was an incredibly rewarding experience, and I was so happy to learn that he was adopted shortly afterward. I truly love animals and am committed to giving them the best care possible. Whether that means long walks, playtime, administering medication, cleaning up after them, or simply providing comfort and affection, I will always treat your pets with patience, kindness, and care.
Although I’ve been around animals my entire life, I’m looking forward to gaining more hands-on experience caring for others’ pets. I have a genuine love for animals and treat them with patience, care, and attention. As an aspiring veterinarian, I’m always eager to learn, take direction well, and continue building my knowledge and skills in animal care.
